No, we provide eco-friendly ice melt when needed FREE of charge if we notice slippery areas. If you do not want ice-melt, no problem, just let us know!
Our team starts between 5 and 6 am when there is snow on the ground. The amount of snow that falls determines how long the route will take each day. For most snowfalls, the route is complete by the afternoon.
If it starts snowing after 11 AM, the crews will be gearing up for the next day and heading out early in the morning
We will clear your snow once every 24 hours until the snowstorm stops.
